We are offering multiple flavours for the classic Victoria style sponge, including gluten-free options. They’re covered in sugar paste icing, and you can personalize them by using DIY attachments that we provide such as icing toppers attached with cocktail sticks or other food-safe add-ons. A quick way to accessorize the cake before enjoying its deliciousness!

Store cake in a cool &dry place for freshness.Due to our methods of preparation and ingredients used, the cake can stay fresh for up to 7 days post-delivery when stored properly.The sugar paste icing acts as a barrier against staleness. Avoid refrigeration to prevent colour running and sticky icing due to condensation.

• Edible Icing Sheets: Contains water, maize starch, glucose, and may contain vegetable oil and sweeteners, Thickener: Cellulose, Emulsifier: Polysorbate 80 Flavouring: Vanillin, Sucralose
• Sugar Paste Icing: Contains sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, and may be produced in a factory handling nuts (almonds), Stabiliser: Gum Tragacanth, Preservative Potassium Sorbet; Natural Flavouring.
• Sponge with Eggs: Contains wheat flour, sugar, whole dried egg, skimmed milk powder, and Raising Agents: E500, E450, Skimmed Milk Powder,Concentrated Whey Protein (MII), Emulsifiers: E475, E471, E481, Cellulose Fibre, Salt, Flavourings, Stabiliser: E415, Colour: E160a(II) other ingredients.
• Gluten-Free Sponge Varieties(e.g. Vanilla or Chocolate): Includes ingredients like rice flour, potato starch, maize flour, Natural Vanilla Flavour (1%), Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder (7%) and various raising agents such as (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Carbonate), Emulsifier: Vegetable derived Monoglycerides. Tapioca Starch, Salt, Vegetable Gums (Stabilisers): (Carboxymethylcellulose, Guar Gum, Carrageenan, Methylcellulose), Citric Acid.
• Mixed Fruit Jam –
  Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Apple Puree, Plum Puree, Apricot Puree, and Colour: Anthocyanin, Acidity Regulators: Citric Acid, Trisodium Citrate, Gelling Agent: Pectin; Natural Flavour. Prepared with 32g fruit per 100g.
• Chocolate –

Sugar, vegetable oils (palm kernel, hydrogenated palm kernel), whole milk powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin), salt, colours (E171, E129), and flavouring. E129 may affect children’s activity and attention. Allergen notice: May contain traces of peanuts due to shared processing equipment.”

• Royal Icing Mixes:

Different mixes contain sugar, egg albumen, milk protein hydrolysed, and preservatives. Some mixes may contain traces of nuts.

• Fondant and Gum paste:

These contain sugar (72%), glucose syrup, vegetable oils, and various additives for texture and preservation.

• Colouring Agents:

Colorants used include glycerine-based agents and specific food colouring with their respective codes.

• Rainbow Dust:

Ingredients include glycerine, silicon dioxide, propylene glycol, and colours.

• Other Ingredients –

Margarine– Contains vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), water, salt, emulsifier (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids), and colours (curcumin, annatto), along with flavouring.

Shortening – Made from vegetable oils (palm oil, palm stearin, rapeseed oil).”
